Barentz Promotes Rob Lorenzini, Ph.D. to Director of Technology & Development for CASE & Plastics Division

Barentz, a leading global distributor of life science ingredients and specialty performance materials, is excited to announce the promotion of Rob Lorenzini, Ph.D. to Director of Technology & Development.

In this new role, Dr. Rob is responsible for strategic and technical support of all processes within the CASE & Plastics division. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), he is responsible for driving growth of profitable sales, providing technical support internally and externally, and working directly with the Principal Management team.

Rob has been part of the Barentz organization since June of 2017. He holds a B.Sc. Biomolecular Science, with a Chemistry Track from NYU, Polytechnic School of Engineering, as well as a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
